Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product. If you or your dog aren't happy, here's how returns work at Mesa Consulting SNC.

60-day trial

Every order is covered by a 60-day trial. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund of the product price — even if it's been opened and used. Your dog gets to be the judge.

How to start a return

Email contact@wouflab.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. You don't need the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received (or, for trial returns, once approved), we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at contact@wouflab.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping — no return required in most cases.
