Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Here's what to expect when you order from SYNORE LLC.

Rates

Standard US shipping is a flat $4.95. Orders of $70 or more ship free. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Standard delivery then typically arrives in 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, and to France and Monaco through our French store. We do not currently ship to other countries, or to PO boxes / APO-FPO addresses. If we expand, we'll update this page.

Delays & lost packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. If your order is significantly delayed or marked delivered but missing, contact us at contact@wouflab.com and we'll make it right.
