These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wouflab.com and any purchase you make from Mesa Consulting SNC, trading as Wouflab (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel an order in the event of a pricing or availability mistake. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Shipping, returns & trial

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Returns Policy, both incorporated into these Terms.

Products & health disclaimer

Our products are intended for healthy dogs and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before introducing any new product, especially if your dog is pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, images, logos, and the wouflab name — is owned by or licensed to Mesa Consulting SNC and may not be used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesa Consulting SNC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
